This room is directly across the parking lot from the pool. The sundeck welcomes you with a picnic table and a bench. This room is perfect to rent along with room 3 for two families or friends to be side by side with a shared deck with a partitioned wall divider.
Living Room
The living room has large windows and is open to the kitchen. There is a chair and a futon that folds down to make a double bed. A ceiling fan helps keep the breeze moving along with a flat panel TV with standard cable to enjoy during your stay. This unit has Central A/C & heating.

2 Bedroom
The 1st bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The 2nd bedroom is a great room for a family or kids to share. It has a double bed and a twin sized bed. Both bed rooms have ceiling fans and a small closet.
1 Bathroom
The bathroom is accessible from the living room. There is a separate vanity area with a sink and a mirror. The small bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
Kitchen
This open floor plan kitchen has most of the basic items needed to prepare meals while you are on vacation. Provided for you is an apartment sized Gas Stove/Oven, full-size Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Toaster, Drip Coffee maker, Single K-Cup Coffee machine, and most of the important items needed such as, glasses, cups, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and serving utensils.
Pool and Hot Tub
This room is located on the 2nd floor. It has a spacious covered deck overlooking the parking lot. A picnic table and bench make for a great place to relax after a day at the beach or to catch the sunrise or evening breezes. There are also some towels hooks to dry out your bathing suits or beach towels. This deck area is shared with Room 4 and has a partitioned wall divider for privacy.
Parking
This room is authorized for 2 vehicles. You will be required to display a parking pass in each registered vehicle. (this includes any golf carts you may rent during your stay) Only authorized vehicles are allowed on premises and all others will be towed at the owner’s expense. No boats or trailers are allowed due to parking limitations.- Central A/C and Heat
