Welcome to this spacious family friendly room on the 2nd floor. The sundeck welcomes you with a picnic table and a bench. This room is perfect to rent along with room 1 for two families or friends to be side by side with a shared deck.
Living Room
The living room has large windows and is open to the kitchen. There is a chair and a futon that folds down to make a double bed. A ceiling fan helps keep the breeze moving along with a flat panel TV with standard cable to enjoy during your stay. This unit has Central A/C heating.

This bedroom has large windows that let in a lot of light and 2 Double sized beds plus a ceiling fan to keep the air moving. A small closet is available to hang your clothes and store your luggage along with a dresser if you wish to unpack. The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom.
1 Bathroom
Accessible from the bedroom, the bathroom is a good size with a tub/shower combo to wash off after a day at the beach. There is a small window to let in extra light plus a sink and vanity with extra storage and a mirror to help you get ready for the day.
Kitchen
This open floor plan kitchen has most of the basic items needed to prepare meals while you are on vacation. Provided for you is a pantry for your groceries, apartment sized Gas Stove/Oven, full-size Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Toaster, Drip Coffee maker, Single K-Cup Coffee machine, and most of the important items needed such as, glasses, cups, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and serving utensils. There is a dining table to seat 4 which also makes a great place to play board games or cards during your stay.
Pool and Hot Tub
his room is located on the 2nd floor. It has a spacious uncovered deck overlooking the parking lot. A picnic table and bench make for a great place to relax after a day at the beach or to catch the sunrise or evening breezes. There are also some towels hooks to dry out your bathing suits or beach towels. This deck area is shared with Room 1.
Parking
This room is authorized for 2 vehicles. You will be required to display a parking pass in each registered vehicle. (this includes any golf carts you may rent during your stay) Only authorized vehicles are allowed on premises and all others will be towed at the owner’s expense. No boats or trailers are allowed due to parking limitations.- Central A/C and Heat
