Welcome to this OCEAN VIEW, spacious family friendly room on the 2nd floor. This is our largest and most popular room. You can enjoy partial ocean views and beautiful sunrises from your balcony. You also overlook the swimming pool. Need more space? You can add room #12 to make a 2 story 2-bedroom “Beach House”.
Living Room
The living room is very large compared to our other rooms with 2 over stuffed sofas and 2 arm chairs. There is a big screen TV for ‘game day’ or just to catch up on the local news. This room has central AC/Heat and plenty of room for a family to spread out.

This cozy bedroom has a King-sized bed, a dresser and a walk-in closet with shelves to hang your clothes. There is also a TV with local cable and a 2nd closet to store your luggage.
1 Bathroom
The bathroom is spacious and has a tub/shower combo with a single sink and mirror to help you get ready for the day. There is a cabinet with shelves to store some items.
Kitchen
This kitchen has most of the basic items needed to prepare meals while you are on vacation. Provided for you is a full-size electric Stove/Oven, full-size Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Toaster, Drip Coffee maker, Single K-Cup Coffee machine, dishwasher, pantry and most of the important items needed such as, glasses, cups, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and serving utensils. There is a dining table to seat 6. There is also a pass-through breakfast bar with 4 barstools.
Pool and Hot Tub
This room is located on the 2nd floor. This deck faces the beach so you can hear the surf and enjoy partial ocean views. Provided for you is a table, chairs and bench for enjoying the sunrise or a shady evening meal. There are also some towels hooks to dry out your bathing suits or beach towels.
Parking
This room is authorized for 2 vehicles. You will be required to display a parking pass in each registered vehicle. (this includes any golf carts you may rent during your stay) Only authorized vehicles are allowed on premises and all others will be towed at the owner’s expense. No boats or trailers are allowed due to parking limitations.- Central A/C and Heat
