Welcome to this cozy family friendly room on the ground floor. This is a favorite room for those who like privacy since the room faces the sand dune tucked around the back of the property. This room is closest to the hot tub and pool area.

Living Room

The living room is open to the kitchen. There is a chair and a futon that folds down to make a double bed. This cozy space has a flat panel TV with standard cable to enjoy during your stay. This room has a window unit for A/C.

The bathroom is a good size and has a tub/shower combo with a single sink and mirror to help you get ready for the day.

Kitchen

This open floor plan kitchen has most of the basic items needed to prepare meals while you are on vacation. Provided for you is an full size electric Stove/Oven, full-size Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Toaster, Drip Coffee maker, Single K-Cup Coffee machine, and most of the important items needed such as, glasses, cups, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and serving utensils. Pool and Hot Tub

This room is located on the ground floor. It has a spacious covered patio looking out onto the pretty landscaping and sand dunes. This patio faces the beach so you can hear the surf even though you can’t see it. A picnic table and bench make for a great place to relax after a day of fishing or beach going. There are also some towels hooks to dry out your bathing suits or beach towels.

Parking

This room is authorized for 1 vehicle. You will be required to display a parking pass in each registered vehicle. (this includes any golf carts you may rent during your stay) Only authorized vehicles are allowed on premises and all others will be towed at the owner’s expense. No boats or trailers are allowed due to parking limitations.

Room 10 has the items and ameneties listed below. All our rooms have bed linens and towels provided for your stay and we do offer a Bath towel exchange service. Kitchens will have the basic items needed for your stay such as dishes, silverware, Cups, glasses and a small selection of pots and pans.
