This room is on the ground floor and does not have a private bedroom so we call it an Efficiency. It has its a covered deck area with furniture. There is a fully stocked Kitchen, Tv with Cable. A Dining Table to seat 2 and bathroom with a Shower (no tub)

Sleeping arrangements consist of a Queen Bed and a futon in the living room.
